At yfood Labs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your nutrition; if our products don't meet your expectations, you can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles or powder pouches.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via the portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Pack Securely
Place the unopened yfood products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to ensure they remain undamaged during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
